Doctor Relationship Associate @ Unnati

Job Description

As a Doctor Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs, primary care physicians/ general physicians etc within the allotted areas.

What you will do:

• Researching and analysing market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics
• Preparing and delivering presentations to potential partners and referral sources, highlighting offerings and patient success stories
• Executing activities like workshops, CMEs etc
• Tracking and analysing marketing and outreach campaign performance, and recommending data-driven strategies for improvement
• Managing and maintaining a database of referring physicians and healthcare professionals
• Updating monthly work plan, & reporting on daily basis to the Reporting Manager
• Submitting of monthly, weekly detailed progress
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies
• Collaborating effectively with all the departments
• Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager/ Management from time to time
• Travelling across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or fertility industry
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Passion about helping individuals and couples build families
• Deep understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, particularly related to fertility treatments
