As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling all front desk activities, including answering calls and greeting guests, receiving and sorting daily mail, directing visitors to the appropriate person or department, managing office supplies, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate must be friendly, professional, and have great communication skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain approachable under pressure. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
