Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ludhiana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining a good relationship with existing customers, achieving sales targets, negotiating and closing deals, and providing after-sales support. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with. customers Proven sales experience preferably in the agriculture industry Good understanding of sales performance metrics Ability to work in a team and individually Should be a graduate in agriculture, business, or related fields Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
