1. Drive financial KPIs: acquisition (from Jio Phone, SIM, acquisition, Device Sales), Recharge revenue

2. Distribution, KPIs Retail expansion (as per DPL norms), Retail Dispersion

3. Ensure cross-functional support for Jp town Market Business

4. Jio Point Store & Jio Point Town Market performance review

5.People Management Play an active role in motivating the team and managing team attrition.
