Job Title: UFT/Test Magic/Tosca Junior Resource

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented UFT One/TestMagic/Tosca Junior Resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of test automation and quality assurance processes, with an interest in developing their skills in opentext UFT One/ Test Magic. The UFT One/ Test Magic Junior Resource will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation scripts and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Script Development:
  • Assist in developing and implementing test automation scripts using opentext UFT One/Test Magic
  • Create and maintain reusable test automation components.
• Execution and Analysis:
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to ensure software quality.
  • Report and document any defects or issues identified during testing.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior automation engineers, development, QA, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team activities.
• Learning and Development:
  • Continuously learn and update knowledge of opentext UFT One/ Tricentis Tosca and other test automation tools.
  • Take advantage of training opportunities and mentorship from senior team members.
• Documentation:
  • Assist in documenting test automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Generate reports on automation progress and results as required.

Experience Skills:

• 2-8 year of experience with working experience on UFT One/ Test Magic Project.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes.
• Exposure to test automation tools, preferably UFT One, Test Magic,
• Knowledge on SAP S/4 application.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience from reputed institute.
• Knowledge and Experienced with Micro Focus ALM 17v.
• Knowledge and Experienced with Defect Management Process
• Knowledge and Experienced Regression test management
• Experienced in reviewing automation deliverables.
• Analyze test results and document the observations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
