Requirement for Land Acquisition-Solar @ Waays Live Solutions

Job Description

• Incumbent will be responsible for identify suitable land for the Solar Project sites and work for physical survey clearances.
• Documentation checking of last 10 years, Khasra, Khatoni, POI, Mutation etc.
• Liaison with govt.departments like Revenue, Tahsil and District Level, Forest, Zila Panchayat, town and State etc.
• Contacting to the concerned Patwari, Tahsildar, Village Head or Block level officer regarding the land acquisition
• Sweet communication with the Farmers or Land owners
• Liaise with revenue Officials for survey of lands, mutation of land records etc.
• Obtaining necessary clearances permissions; Obtain land records pertaining to private land owners and mobilize them for land purchase negotiations.
• Responsible for the any type of ROW
• Responsible for the daily progress report from site to HO

• Must Computer Savy, knowledge of MS Office
• Mature, Empathetic & Supportive.
• Honest, Creative thinker, excellent listener, and communicator.
• Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organized
