Were seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce executive to join our dynamic team

Ecommerce product listing & order handling for portals like amazon /flipkart /instamart /big basket /blinkit etc.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• optimized ecommerce portals product listings communication & coordination for servicing of P.O.s received Documentation and sales/inventory/payments record keeping Daily brand estore orders processing & ERP data entry Securing repeat orders from existing parties troubleshooting of operational issues related to ecommerce orders online research of competitor brands & their strategies
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
• Optimise end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.

Good written English and spoken English skills Good negotiation skills Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint technology savy quik learner Should have sharp eye to detail
