administration, resource planning & mobilization, costing and quality assurance so as to ensure
top & bottom line profitability Expertise in coordinating with various statutory bodies and related authorities for availing mandatory sanctions/permits / as well as obtaining permission for execution of Building Institutional and Industrial project Proven acumen in articulating the opportunity by making a detailed line presentation of business models and working drawings to the decision makers in the account using the latest cutting edge technologies

Progress Monitoring, inspection and planning, execution and achieving Overall Project Schedule
Building coordination among subordinate engineers & supervisors to achieve planned target
Progress reporting, guiding vendor/sub ordinate engineers Meeting with client and contractor to achieve the weekly & monthly construction progress as a MC Coordinator HSE practices and regulation Coordinate with material and engineering to pull out the progress and meet the project
