Job Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Migration and Support for Oracle EBS.
Should have good knowledge of Oracle Financials, Order Management,Procurement and should understand other modules like Manufacturing, Costing andQuality management etc.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements andprovide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, anddocument customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; developsnecessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Design, customize, configure, and test Modules.
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, andsolve software problems.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or systemenhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existingsupport Projects.
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor tomore junior members.
Should have exposure of Oracle cloud and cloud-based applications.
Follow commit with Yottas Policy statements (eg.QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)
Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
Understand the organizations expectations towards all management systemsthe company is certified for.
Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute to achievingdepartmental management system objectives.
Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive companyinformation, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliancewith data protection regulations.
Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMSplan.
Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
