Job Description:

Magic XPA Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai/ Kolkata

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Magic XPA technology.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for projects involving Magic XPA.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with specifications and standards.
• Create and deliver training sessions to enhance the teams knowledge and performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various teams to address customer needs and issues.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on changes in Magic XPA technology.
• Review and approve project documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Magic XPA technology.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share technical insights.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Transcend application or similar technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project outcomes in Magic XPA.
