We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategy. If youre a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve the customer experience, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to connect our brand with our online customers effectively. Your Responsibilities Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy Manage and train the rest of the team Manage all digital marketing channels Measure ROI and KPIs Prepare and manage digital marketing budget Oversee all the company's social media accounts Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics Build an inbound marketing plan Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement Build firm client. relationships through social media interaction Keep up-to-date with our audiences preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency Identify advertising needs Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies. Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results. Skill Sets And Experience We Require 4-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or a similar role 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with web design and HTML Strong analytical and project management skills Pedigree Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent
