We, Finolex Industries Ltd. is hiring Area Sales Manager from Building Material (Pipes, Pipe fittings, Paints, Cement, Tiles, construction chemicals, Sanitary fittings etc.) Industry experienced candidates for Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi and Varanasi location in northen India Please refer the below position details. Your Responsibilities & Tasks: New Business Leads : To Identify the Business Opportunities and evaluating them and converting prospects in to customers. Visit trade market/ Retailers and appoint new dealers, retailers for more market penetration. To expand Business by connecting with more dealers and expanding market reach by roping-in more retailers. Product Awareness : To launch new products by conducting retailers / plumbers meetings and to bring awareness about product properties, advantages and Applications / usage. To conduct Channel Partners (Stockiest, Retailers) meet for motivating, briefing & educating And increasing awareness on product, schemes, and. application procedures. Sales Target : To Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume for the dealers assigned and mapped. .Follow up on supply chain so as to ensure that delivery and commitments are being met at all levels (Both dealers and retailers) and Management of inflow and outflow of stocks to and from the distributors at all levels. Updating dealer, retailers on their sales Vs targets- Total and product wise. Growth over last year. Relationship Management : Maintain relationship with clients, channel partners, dealers by providing support, information and guidance. Providing new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements to Partners. Sales Promotions :- To Manage Sales promotion activities i.e. Plumber meet, Workshops, Plant Visit To design and implement sales promo schemes at branch level by monitoring sales and marketing activities. Ensuring implementation of effective strategies to maximize sales and revenues. Communicating various promotional scheme to the dealer & motivating them to achieve planned target. Report Maintenance :- Regular reporting to State Head /RM with all required Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports & surveys. Suggesting new market opportunities & potential Retailers / Dealers to appoint. Your Profile: Graduate / Post Graduate with 12 to 16 years of experience in Retail Sales and Project Sales. Must have strong knowledge about Building Material Industry. Must have team handling experience. Key Competencies: Excellent business communication skills, presentation skills & knowledge of advanced excel. Customer Focus, Initiative, Result oriented, Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales process, lead generation. Your Benefits: An enthusiastic working environment with long tradition.
