Job Description:

Critical Skillsets (Mandatory):

• OpenTextAI Map Developer
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in EDI industry standards and guidelines - EDIFACT, EDI ANSI X12, XML, IDOCS, BPML and Xpath, XML
• EDI and proprietary file translation, transformation, and filtering.
• Business Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, designs, codes, constructs and tests maps, envelopes, integration components for core (common) system as well as configuring for client-specific processing.
• Supports multi-industry; multi-tenant platform.
• Provides/Requires 5-8 + years of expertise in the OpenTextAI product especially in the area of map development and integration.
• Creates, maintains and updates OpenTextAI maps as required.
• Troubleshoots and resolves production issues for OpenTextAI maps.
• Codes and constructs translation software components as required.
• Reviews and validates translation application requirements.
• Review, develop, and maintain translation specifications design documents, system and user documentation (as required)
• Conducts or supports unit, system/integration testing.
• Support DXC Business Exchange Services (BES) EDI translation platform, clients and the onboarding of new trading partners into OpenTextAI Managed Service Platform
• Provides second and third level support for mapping and production application issues.
