Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Verbal communication/ articulate/ polished: strong oral and written communication skills must be able to communicate with clients through calls and emails.
-Flexible to work in night shifts. (24*7 timings)
-Work ethic: Accountability/ownership
-Quick learner and ability to deal with change management and adapt quickly.
-Strong reporting skills using MS office applications ( Word, Excel, & PowerPoint )
-Should be flexible in shifts & Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks.
-Experience operating in collaborative team environment Experience and Qualifications:
-Under Graduates will be considered(Minimum qualification is higher secondary )
