Hiring for Phone Banking Officer On bank Payroll
- Salary : Fresher can apply Max Salary upto 19k
- Experience:upto 4lpa (Hike on last drawn )
- No Employment Gap will be Considered
- Day Rotational shift for Females / Male Flexible for both shift with 6 week off in a month
- Age - 35
- Qualification - Graduate mandatory will Degree Certificate
- Languages:- Fluent English is must.
- Location:- Andheri East
Responsibilities:
- Respond to escalated customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address underlying issues and prevent future escalations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.
