Job Description

Position Summary and Principal Responsibilities: Financial services analytics professional, with extensive domain experience in Retail and Commercial Banking especially in Mortgage, Lending, Financial crime, Risk and Compliance Reporting etc. Engage with customer and deeply understand their needs using strong consulting skills and provide data and analytics solutions to meet business requirement. Strong proficiency in Retail and Commercial banking and should drive Analytics solutions in Lending, Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance etc. Solving complex problems with datasets and derive insights and commentary using advance data and analytics skills. Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, analysis and design methods, tools and techniques and emerging technologies. Work with multiple customers to drive Data and Analytics requirements, which would include execution of campaigns, GTMs, RFPs etc. across geographies. Oversee prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders. : Working experience in a financial services organization including Regulatory reporting & submissions, risk management, finance and technology. In depth domain knowledge in Retail and Commercial Banking especially in Lending, Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance, Cards & Payments, AML and KYC. Knowledge (or understanding) of regulatory frameworks, risk management principles within a financial services firm. Strong written and verbal skills. Strong knowledge of Data Science, Data structures, data modelling and software architecture. A strong SQL background is essential to help with business data and meaningful insights for Business stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools to create clear and meaningful documents for relevant stakeholders. High proficiency in financial data analysis skills such as Data preparation, applying Statistical techniques and Reporting with visualization. Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
