Job Description

As a Safety Officer at Dabur India Limited, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. You will implement and oversee safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.

 Key Responsibilities:

Safety Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, standards, and best practices as outlined by local, national, and international authorities.

Safety Training: Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors, including safety induction for new hires.

Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Incident Reporting: Establish and manage an incident reporting system, including investigating accidents and near misses, and proposing preventive measures.

Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and provide training on emergency procedures.
