Job Description

Production Head required for a 45-year-old Sheet metal component manufacturing company 

Required Candidate profile:-

1. A seasoned professional with at least 10+ years of experience in any similar reputed Sheet Metal parts manufacturing organization that works for automobile or automotive parts.
2. Must have knowledge of production through the stamping process, welding process, and CNC bending process in all aspects.
3. Knowledge of Tubular parts and Sheet metal parts.
4. Drawing reading knowledge
5. Thorough Knowledge of IATF and other inspection standards to prevent defects, reduce waste, and facilitate continuous improvement.
6. Knowledge of Export quality production with zero rejections.
7. Proven experience in training and monitoring teams to ensure processes are followed correctly.
8. Coordinate with the QA department for quality-related issues.
9. Ensuring a steady supply of finished products as per regular demand.
10. Overlooking the complete production process at a minute level.
11. Ensuring all work is properly documented and all records are managed effectively.
12. Reporting to the senior management to share regular status and report in case of any deviations.
13. Excellent Communication skills

Education Qualifications and Salary:-

• Diploma(Mechanical) or Graduation B.E/B.Tech(Mechanical) pass out from a reputed institute with at least 60% score.
• Salary:- 90,000 per month
