Job Description
We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React.js, and frontend performance optimization. You will collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance React.js applications.
- Work with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
- Perform product analysis and development tasks of an increasingly complex nature, which may require extensive research and analysis.
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library
- Make design and technical decisions for ReactJS projects with all the standards and best practices.
- Ensuring high performance and best user experience.
- Debug and troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Two or more years of professional experience as a ReactJS developer.
- Proficient understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
- Technology Stack: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of Core JavaScript.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Strong understanding of the client side logic.
- Have experience in writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project. Must have experience with unit testing methodologies.
- Have experience with version control systems, such as GIT.
- Have experience with Agile methodologies and participating in sprints and scrums.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with AngularJS
- Familiarity with server-side rendering techniques using frameworks like Next.js.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Have team player skills with positive spirit and good communication.
- Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver while mentoring team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
