Qualification: High school Diploma or equivalent
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the buffet team, including servers, bussers, and other staff members.
Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate the setup of the buffet, ensuring that the food displays are appealing, well-organized, and meet quality standards.
Train new buffet staff on job responsibilities, customer service standards, and food safety procedures.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Monitor the quality of food items on the buffet to ensure they meet established standards.
Skill sets:
Ability to lead and motivate a team of buffet staff.
Clear and concise communication with both staff and customers.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Effective time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using relevant software for scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
