Job Description

Urgently hiring for Dynatrace A.P.M Developer for a well known company.

Key Pointers:

1. Installation / Onboarding of applications into Dynatrace
2. Full stack monitoring Real user monitoring and synthetic monitoring
3. Experience in cloud integrations, other integrations and extensions
4. Creating Dashboards
5. Alert management using service now, email etc
6. Configurations of Davis A.I, Grail and Monaco
7. Trouble shooting experience

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong Experience in managing and configuring the Dynatrace monitoring platform - Configure and maintainDynatrace SaaS / Managed environments
2. Experience in application data onboardingfor delivering Full Stack Observability- APM, Synthetics, Real User Monitoring, Transaction monitoring
3. Work with multiple APM tools, showcasing adaptability and a broad range of experience in application performance monitoring.
4. Experience in providing support for application teams in issue RCA / troubleshooting, alert setup, and dashboard creation.
5. Experience with integration solutionsof Dynatrace with third-party tools like MoogSoft, Azure monitor, Cloudwatch, ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) and API integration.
6. Experience in Grail, Davis AI data analyticsfor gathering Technical and business insights
7. Experience in Monaco for config management and workflow automationsusing Dynatrace
8. Good understanding of Application deployment architecture SaaS, PaaS, OnPrem / Cloud hosted, Microservices Architecture, Containers, Kubernetes deployment
9. Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD concepts, Git / Jenkins for code config management
10. Knowledge of requirements gathering templates and driving workshops with application teams for data gathering
11. Strong understanding of End User Monitoring (EUM) modules
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills with a diverse global team.
13. Dynatrace certification preferred.
14. Dynatrace Professional / Advanced Certification
