Responsibilities & Skills We are looking for an experienced. resourceful Sr. Solution Architect to maximize functionality of various systems for optimum end-user efficiency. This role serves as the subject matter expert for these systems and has a passion for deployment, training, design, and roll out of new and existing applications. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and highly innovative. He or she will also be responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to prosper in a complicated environment. Duties & Responsibilities Act as a CRM domain expert to senior clients. Establish and foster strong relationships with colleagues in Sales and Finance. Work on design and build Integration solution of Oracle CX Cloud with Oracle eBS, E2Open other Third-Party systems. Embrace best practices in building Business requirements documentation and Functional Design documentation on Oracle Cloud business process flow. Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Analytical and detailed-oriented in approaching problem solving. Ability to work effectively with Cross-functionality teams. Ability to work effectively as a team and independently in a process-based environment. Job Requirements BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 10+ years of software engineering or related experience. Direct Oracle CX, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Oracle CPQ product knowledge and experience. Ability to develop and review solution architectures for large, complex CRM solutions. Involved in at least one end-end implementation cycle of CRM solutions with post-production support. Involved in at least one end-to-end implementation cycle of Oracle Incentive Compensation solution. Ability to think creatively and combine big-picture perspective with detailed, fact-based recommendations. 10+ years of strong experience working on Oracle Sales Cloud Experience in working with Multi-National & Offshore / Onsite team.
