Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support and administrative assistance to the company's senior leaders. This includes managing their calendars, arranging travel and meetings, preparing expense reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discrete manner. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance skills Experience with expense reports and budget management Excellent Executive Support skills Strong written and verbal Communication skills Administrative Assistance skills including calendar management, scheduling, and organizing meetings Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Management, or related field preferred Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
