KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY Monitor and work closely with the Accounting team on the compliances with respect totaxes e.g., Income Tax. Study the impact of commercials (cost and revenue) agreements with respect to point 1 and 2 above. Independently manage and work on the preparation and presentation of the SBU wisestatements on monthly basis and the related MIS. Coordinate with auditors for Financial, ICFR, Tax audits and related work. Manage the indirect cost accounting monitoring and approvals. Month close activity, preparation of schedules, variance analysis of the results on MOM and YTD basis. Maintain internal controls and monitor the process and work on process improvements ICFR perspective.
