Job Description: Deputy Manager - Payroll & HRIS Management Qualifications: Full-Time MBA with 1st Division in Human Resources or related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Payroll, Time-Office, and HRIS Management. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries. Handle all payroll-related activities, including statutory compliance, tax deductions, and benefits administration. Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Time-Office Management: Manage and supervise time and attendance systems to ensure accurate recording of employee working hours. Implement policies and procedures related to attendance, leave, and overtime. Regularly audit time records for accuracy and compliance. HRIS Management: Administer and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS. implementing necessary updates and changes. Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making. Software Proficiency: Possess advanced skills in Excel and MS-Office for data analysis and reporting. Proficient in using SAP HR for payroll and HRIS functions. Compliance and Policies: Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and statutory regulations to ensure compliance. Develop and update HR policies related to payroll, time-office, and HRIS management. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address queries and concerns related to payroll and HRIS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
