We are looking for a skilled and versatile Azure Cloud, Windows Server & Microsoft 365 System Engineer to manage our cloud infrastructure, windows servers, and enterprise collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server environments, and Office 365 administration, ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and security of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, NSGs, etc.).
- Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Monitor cloud performance, cost, and compliance using tools like Azure Monitor and Cost Management.
- Configure identity, access, and security (RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for Cloud).
- Maintain and support Windows Server infrastructure (2016/2019/2022), including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file services.
- Implement regular patching, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness (Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.).
- Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, mail flow, distribution groups, and security groups.
- Implement data retention policies, DLP, MDM, and security controls.
- Support end-users and coordinate with helpdesk for escalated issues.
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting.
- Maintain system and cloud documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with InfoSec, DevOps, and Application teams to support initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance activities.
