Job Description

Location: Chennai Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visualizer (Creative Partner- Art) to join our advertising agency. The Creative Partner-Art will be responsible for overseeing and leading the creative development and execution of visual concepts and designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, sharp to understand the briefs, well aware about printing and re-production processes, leadership skills, and expertise in both traditional and digital media. Experience in mainline and digital both. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the creative process for various marketing and advertising campaigns, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality and innovative visual solutions that meet client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters. designers, and account executives, to develop creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns that align with client goals and brand guidelines. Understanding the requirements of clients and deliver the work in accordance to the need Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior art directors and designers, guiding their professional growth and development. Develop and present creative concepts and designs to clients, and effectively communicate and justify design decisions and strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to creative work to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within budget constraints. Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and printers, to ensure the successful execution of creative projects. Work closely with account executives to understand client needs and requirements, and provide strategic input to help achieve client goals. Proficiency in working with Mac / illustrator software. Proficiency in working with English and Tamil Language designs. Qualifications: Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence. Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing visual concepts and designs across various media, including print, digital, social media, and video. Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and mentoring a team of junior art directors and designers. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell creative ideas to clients and team members. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Strong understanding of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the advertising and marketing industry.
