Send your profiles for outside India to hidden_email / for opportunities within India send it hidden_email Work Experience 7-10 Years Job brief At the FSS Platform Engineering team we are looking for experienced User experience (UX) Designers who are able to understand the business requirements and translate them into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can make intuitive high-level decisions for software development. You should have clear understanding of business goals, user behavior and be proficient in wide variety of skills ranging from psychology to design and technology. The goal is to provide a framework and develop the required technology components which will accelerate the. development of software products. A day in the role will look like: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers Illustrate design ideas using story boards, process flows and sitemaps that lead to intuitive user experience. Facilitate the end product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user testing experiences of Digital products. Design and delivery wireframes, user stories and mockups optimized for range of devices. Take a user centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your design. Collaborate and Coach developers, testers to design & deliver high-quality software. Closely work with a highly skilled engineering team to guide, help implement and deliver software components/solutions on time. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. The Skills that you will possess: Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision. Working knowledge of using Basic HTML, CSS3 and Java Script. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design. Ability to communicate design process, ideas and solution clearly and effectively to teams, stakeholders and clients Solid grasp of user centric design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. The required technical and professional expertise: Overall, 7+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Possess a portfolio of design projects. Knowledge of Wireframe tools Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Integration, Spring Data Familiarity/Experience with cloud technologies. Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Bosh, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Git, Concourse is preferred Experience working on agile development teams (ideally using Scrum or Kanban) Educational Qualification that you will have: Preferably BE/ME/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSc in computer science or related engineering field.
