The Position As a Specialist - Master Planner at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to: Prepare and maintain the annual Audit Program for Internal Audits in collaboration with our domain expert, domain head, and other Quality Audits colleagues. Ensure optimal audit scheduling and balanced resource allocation for auditors. Handle the daily operation of planning tools and audit data. Drive continuous improvements to the planning process, including the digitalization of audit program tools. Contribute to the digitalization of planning and risk tools. Qualifications To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree (or. equivalent) in Pharmaceutical background, Business administration, data management or equivalent from a well-recognised institute. Overall, 8-12 years of experience and at least 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent knowledge preferably within pharma industry Project management experience, demonstrating good project, stakeholder and change management capabilities Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and GxP Advanced MS Office skills Good to have Tableau, Alteryx, Power Platform & Sharepoint skills Understanding of lean principles About The Department Novo Nordisk Quality GBS was established in May 2015.
