Animation: Develop engaging animations for characters, objects, and environments. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project integration. 4. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D assets. 5. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and tools to enhance production. 6. Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of 3D assets across platforms. 7. Communication: Clearly communicate ideas and progress to team members. 8. Adaptability: Flexibility to meet evolving project needs and deadlines. 9. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D assets. 10. Documentation: Create and maintain workflow documentation. Requirements: - 3-5 years as a 3D Generalist with a strong portfolio. - Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter. - Understanding of rendering, lighting. shading. Rigging/scripting skills a plus. - Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills. - Strong artistic skills with attention to detail.
