This opening is for our upcoming office in Hyderabad. Designation: 3D Architectural Visualizer Role & Responsibilities: As a Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual representations of architectural designs while ensuring seamless client coordination. Your responsibilities include: 1. Expert 3D Capabilities: Leveraging your extensive experience in 3D modeling, Autodesk 3D Studio Max, texturing, lighting, and architectural visualization to produce high-quality renderings. 2. Dynamic Lighting Mastery: Demonstrating proficiency in lighting characters and environments for interior and exterior scenes, capturing various times of the day to evoke different moods and atmospheres. 3. Atmospheric Enhancement: Adding lighting elements that enhance realism, depth, and tone in scenes, effectively conveying location, weather conditions, and time of day to meet client expectations. 4. V-Ray Proficiency: Utilizing V-Ray lighting and. rendering settings to achieve photorealistic outputs for renderings, ensuring client satisfaction with the final visualizations. 5. Client Collaboration: Actively engaging in client coordination, understanding their vision, and effectively translating their requirements into visual concepts, while providing regular updates and incorporating feedback throughout the process. 6. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the modeling team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. 7. Time Management & Organization: Demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget. 8. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest software trends in the market, continuously refining skills, and incorporating new techniques to enhance project outcomes and exceed client expectations. 9. Architectural Expertise: Applying knowledge of architectural terminology and products to accurately depict designs, ensuring the final visualizations align with architectural standards and client preferences. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Proven experience and expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and architectural visualization. - Ambitious individual with a strong desire to excel in the field. - Excellent understanding of lighting requirements based on specific shots. - Proficiency in color theory, contrast, detail, and lighting principles. - Commitment to delivering high-quality work within designated timelines. - Strong attention to detail and creative thinking abilities. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
