Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation Specialist) The ideal candidate will have a Graduation degree in any field with 1 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing. The applicant will plan, carry out, and oversee marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the company's goods and services. The candidate will significantly increase brand recognition, drive site traffic, and gather leads/clients. This position is only for candidates with 3 years of serious commitment to iEngineering Group: Solid interest in digital marketing. Sound judgment and good business sense. Team working ability. The ability to build relationships with clients quickly. Analytical and problem-solving skills. To work Independently. Responsibilities: Create marketing plans that support the organization's business objectives; Manage and carry out campaigns across a variety of digital channels, such as email, social media, search engines, and display advertising; Evaluate and. report on the success of digital marketing campaigns in comparison to objectives (ROI and KPIs); Conduct market research and trend analysis to spot new opportunities and enhance campaign performance; Work in collaboration with other departments within the organisation. Keep abreast of new developments in digital marketing. Qualifications: A Bachelors/ Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field is preferred; 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related field; A solid understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising; proficiency with marketing automation tools; Excellent analytical skills; Experience using web analytics tools like Google Analytics; Strong project management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
