Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Marketing - Branding specialist. The main responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, conducting market research, assisting sales teams in meeting or exceeding sales goals, ensuring outstanding customer service for clients, and creating and maintaining customer relationships. Develop a Plan and execute Google Ads Campaigns (Search Engine Marketing, Discovery, Display, YouTube, and. Remarketing) & Generate High-Quality Leads Develop a Plan & Execute Facebook Ads Campaigns (Social Media Marketing, and Facebook Remarketing Campaigns) & Generate High Quality Leads Monitor and Optimize the Performance of Digital Campaigns Create & Manage Google Tag Manager Accounts for Website Traffic and Conversion Report Coordinating with Internal Department for Creatives and Landing Pages Measure and Report Google Analytics Web Traffic Report Managing Property Portal Campaigns Do Digital Creatives Using Canva Logo designing, Brand building, Offline campaigns, Hoardings, Event participation. Lead generation Experience & Qualification: Up to 3 Years Experience in Handling Digital Marketing / Branding or offline campaigns Preferred if any Additional Experience in Native Ads Platforms like Taboola, TimesNative, or other platforms Certified in Google Ads & Facebook Ads Basic Knowledge of HTML & CSS, Canva BE or MBA will be preferred, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
