Your Primary Role: Lead and build the entire regional Air Freight business strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals. Identify growth opportunities and market trends to expand the air freight business in the region. Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving performance targets. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. And act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues and resolutions. Ensure adherence to air freight regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements. About you (Your qualification and experience) Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in air freight operations, with a minimum of [15 +years] in a managerial role. Strong understanding of air cargo regulations, industry standards, and operational best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for air freight management.
