Job Description

Job Summary

The Lead Developer role involves designing developing and maintaining software applications using Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on business information solutions. This position requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality software applications using Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE technologies to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.

Implement best practices in coding and software development to enhance application performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operation of applications.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality standards.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business information needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Contribute to the companys purpose by developing applications that enhance business information management and impact society positively.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE technologies showcasing strong technical skills.

Possess a solid understanding of business information systems and their application in software development.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Show experience in hybrid work models demonstrating adaptability and effective communication skills.

Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development.

Display strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
