The Research and Development Chemist will be responsible for developing and optimizing new processes for chemical synthesis, characterizing samples using various analytical techniques, and staying up-to-date with new developments in chemistry. The Chemist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and experience in chemical synthesis Experience with performing analyses using HPLC, GC, NMR, and IR Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work. collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in cheminformatics software, such as ChemDraw and ChemOffice, is preferred Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
