Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airline Leadership Training Consultant located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Airline Leadership Training Consultant will be responsible for providing training, coaching, and consultation services to aviation companies to develop the leadership skills of industry professionals. The consultant will. work closely with clients to assess their training needs, develop customized training programs that may cover a diverse range of topics such as crisis management, strategic planning, and change management, conduct training sessions, and organize feedback sessions to assess the effectiveness of the training provided. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in aviation, leadership development, training, consulting or related fields Bachelor's degree or higher in aviation management, organizational psychology, or related fields Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards, regulations, policies, and procedures Experience developing and delivering training programs in diverse areas such as leadership development, crisis management, strategic planning, and change management Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in collaborative teams and manage relationships with clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to work independently, identify and uncover client needs, and create customized solutions to meet client requirements Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary
