Company Description *@* Associate - Crossway hotels and resorts Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at Crossway Hotels Resorts located in Chennai. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage service. They will be required to take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean and sanitized area. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. Qualifications Food Preparation and Food Service skills Experience in a customer service role Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and techniques Excellent Communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is preferred Ability to speak multiple languages will be an added advantage
