Job Description
Job Purpose:
This role focuses on handling travel arrangements, International ticketing, Hotel booking
and maintaining high-quality service standards for our growing corporate clientele.
Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
- Manage travel bookings, including flights ensuring compliance with client preferences and policies.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets while providing real-time updates on travel schedules.
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, resolving inquiries and delivering personalized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all bookings adhere to policies and regulations.
Dimensions:
Functional Skillset:
1. Experience in travel and ticketing, preferably with corporate clients.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of industry tools and compliance standards.
Education:
1. Graduate or diploma in travel and tourism management
