Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering compelling, elegant, and sophisticated end-to-end user experience solutions across multiple products and platforms. This role includes designing the overall functionality of products with a focus on user experience and iteratively refining designs to ensure an exceptional user experience. Additionally, the role involves conducting user research, including interviews and surveys, and translating findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.Concept Development and Design Execution
Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for digital products, in alignment with the brand identity.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Problem Solving and Decision Making
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to both core and new functions and features.
Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
Collaboration and Innovation
Work closely with a cross-functional and interdisciplinary team, including UX Designers, Developers, Project and Product Management, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, and Business Partners.
Embrace calculated risks and advocate for innovative ideas.
Adhere to the organizations environmental health and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
Education
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
Experience
6-8 years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years of working on a Business to Customer (B2C) UI/UX design. (Mobile experience mandatory).
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for mobile and web platforms.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
