Roles & Responsibilities: - 1. - Achieve geography specific growth plans & targets for Health, life and commercial lines of business. 2. - Develop and co-lead to win new large accounts 3. - Collaborate with the Sales, Specialty and Servicing leaders/teams to advance client satisfaction, retention, expansion objectives so as to achieve profitability 4. - Expand & deep mine business with existing clients and ensure a high level of client relationship management 5. - Maintain knowledge of industry trends and potential new product and service opportunities based on which analyse client requirements & offer matching products & risk management solutions. 6. - Implement processes and measures for monitoring and maintaining high standards of business conduct consistent with Insurance Brokers Code of Business Conduct 7. - Market expertise, Leadership focus towards business expansion and amalgamation of Specie and Affinity products 8. - Increase exposure towards untapped Specie insurance. markets and grow local Specie Insurance Business 9. - Create relationships with current RI markets invested in India for obtaining best pricing. 10. - Manage liability portfolios of clients and multiple other financial institutions as well
