Role Description This is a part time hybrid role located in Indore with flexibility for some remote work for an Insurance Agent at Posp Insurance. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, securing new clients, and building lasting relationships with existing clients. Other responsibilities include design and implementation of insurance plans, claim assessments, and risk management. Qualifications Proven work experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant insurance experience Demonstrated ability to build a strong network of contacts resulting in new business opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create and maintain favorable relationships with clients and colleagues Good understanding of insurance policies- auto, home, life, health and commercial insurance etc. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field . Experience with insurance software and office software Strong attention to detail and skilled at prioritization, time management, and multitasking
