A Design Engineer is responsible for creating and developing a companys products and systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards. A design engineers duties involve researching, creating detailed technical drawings and collaborating with other teams to ensure designs that align with production capabilities. Design Engineers also troubleshoot design-related issues, write technical documentation and stay up-to-date with new technology that can be incorporated into new designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new products using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Improve existing products, incorporating new technologies and materials.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, drawings, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure successful product development.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality and functionality.
