About The Job Job Title: Blockchain Content Specialist Intern Location: Pune We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong background in blockchain technologies to join our team as Blockchain Content Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, including blogs and articles, to educate our audience about blockchain. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customer support team by addressing blockchain-related queries and providing valuable insights. Responsibilities Research, write, and edit compelling blogs and articles on blockchain technologies. Develop content that caters to both beginners and advanced users, promoting a better understanding of blockchain concepts. Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the blockchain space. Collaborate with internal teams to create educational materials and resources for both internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the customer support team to understand and address blockchain-related queries using customer support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, etc Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, contributing to a positive user experience. Must Haves Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field of Blockchain. Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, including cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps). Familiarity with multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain,etc.). Excellent knowledge of various token standards like ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, BEP20, etc Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly Knowledgeable in content creation, preferably in the blockchain or technology sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Nice to have Familiarity with multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain,etc.). Good knowledge of custodial and non-custodial wallets. Good knowledge of Liquidity pools, staking, lending and borrowing standards on the blockchain ecosystem. Knowledge of DeFi platforms like uniswap, compound, Aave, etc Experience working in a customer-facing role or providing technical support. Passion for educating others and fostering a community around blockchain.
