A) About the Role: As the Sr. Analyst-Enterprise SaaS, Patna for the Automated System Balancing Mechanism project, you will be responsible for overseeing the client interaction, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of the cloud-based software solution for BSPTCL. Your role will involve effective communication with BSPTCL stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the delivery of a solution that meets their expectations. B) Expectations for the role: Serve as the primary point of contact for BSPTCL, building and maintaining strong relationships. Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to the client in a clear and timely manner and facilitate regular meetings with BSPTCL stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns. Collaborate with BSPTCL to understand their specific needs and requirements and ensures that the client expectations are translated into actionable development tasks. . Proactively identify and address issues that may impact client satisfaction and work with the development team to resolve challenges and ensure project success. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation for client reference. Generate and share regular reports on project progress, timelines, and key performance indicators. C) Required skill set Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Project Management, Electrical Engineering/Power System or a related field. Proven experience in client management and project coordination, preferably in software development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the energy sector and understanding of technical requirements. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus. D) Education and Experience B. Tech/ M. Tech or equivalent with 5+ years of experience. E) Work Location Patna, Bihar
