Job Details:
Processing utility bills, ensuring payments are made on time, and maintaining records
Creating MIS monthly
Managing the cleaning at the corporate headquarters and the guest home, keeping a daily inspection checklist, etc.
Checking and coordinating maintenance and repair work in the head office
Coordinating the vehicle duty schedule with the drivers
Maintenance, record-keeping, and AMC for air conditioners collaborating with the service provider
Managing AMC for the air conditioner, the water purifier, and the pest control
Coordinating the schedule and activities of the Office Boys, ensuring daily attendance, and planning and controlling overtime
Examining the vehicle's upkeep, the service schedule, and the payment status
Verifying the purchase of stationery, its records, and the payment of bills
Handling daily petty cash
Coordination of the movement of materials between units
Coordination of meeting space availability for training sessions
Process for paying utility bills and following up with accounts
Management of administrative staff, their schedules, and assignment of tasks.
