Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage OBP implementation projects, including planning, design, execution, and post-go-live support.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Develop and configure OBP models, including Response & Supply planning, integrating with other IBP modules and SAP ERP systems
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP IBP advancements, incorporating new features and functionalities into solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SAP IBP, with at least 2 years focusing on OBP (Response & Supply).
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in OBP algorithms such as Finite Heuristics and Optimizer.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration or Smart Data Integration tools.
- Project Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications: SAP IBP certification is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
- Advanced Tools: Knowledge of tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or SAP Signavio.
