Are you someone who is highly passionate about building the team and culture If so then you are someone we are looking for, a passionate and energetic Intern who would be responsible for the peoples team, attracting, and hiring the right talent, and evangelizing the brand. This would be a 6 - 9 months internship, you would absorb the functional domain skills, business and market domain knowledge and above all Nbyulas core organizational values, through an immersive, learn-via-building internship. Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars. Active involvement in the hiring process from crafting an alluring job description and generating enough intrigue and excitement around the role to interviewing the candidates for interpersonal skills and coordinating with departments throughout the process and interviews. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Qualify or reject candidates based on. interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates Manage the hiring process with respect to the candidate and Nbyula team communication and feedback Manage and organize the employee data and recruitment-related dashboards Support administrative activities Driving campus recruitment Skills & Personality Attributes Strong communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with the Google suite High-energy and passion Prior HR internship experience of a minimum of 6 months preferred Prior recruitment experience working in the software sector is preferred Strong ownership, drive, and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines to execute decisions Who is an ideal match for being a terraformer at Nbyula All the attributes that we are looking for in an ideal teammate.
