- Candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings and appointments Responsible in assisting the Director in his day-to-day work Updating paperwork and maintaining documents Perform as a liaison between the employer and household staff as required Taking responsibility of accounts and budget Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and transportation Providing administrative support Coordinating with the internal teams for information as per the instructions given and report to the Director effectively and efficiently Track of insurances, maintaining contracts (AMCs) Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule . Very strong Follow up and coordination skills Ready to Travel if required
