Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team at West Coast Pharmaceuticals Works Limited. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives, managing their schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and it requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills Solid experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong. communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands Strong multitasking and coordination skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Roles And Responsibilities Manage and maintain the schedules of senior executives, including arranging appointments and organizing meetings Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Conduct research and provide summary reports on various topics as requested Compile and analyze data to assist with decision-making and problem-solving Support senior executives in managing projects by organizing and maintaining project files and documents Assist in planning and organizing company events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and record-keeping Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
